und\/oder L\u00e4sionen in einem fr\u00fchen Stadium festgestellt werden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Der <b><span style=\"color: #945c8d\">Pap-Abstrich <\/span><\/b>\u2013 die sogenannte Vaginalzytologie \u2013 hilft, Geb\u00e4rmutterhalsl\u00e4sionen in einem sehr fr\u00fchen Stadium zu erkennen.<\/li>\n<li>Der <span style=\"color: #945c8d\"><b>HPV-Test<\/b><\/span>\u00a0weist neben der Infektion auch den Virustyp nach.<br \/>\nEin positiver HPV-Test oder ein auff\u00e4lliger Pap-Abstrich bedeutet nicht, dass Sie Krebs entwickeln werden, da die Infektion und die L\u00e4sionen in den meisten F\u00e4llen von selbst verschwinden. Bei abnormen Ergebnissen sollten jedoch folgende Untersuchungen durchgef\u00fchrt werden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #945c8d\"><b>Kolposkopie:<\/b><\/span> Dabei wird der Geb\u00e4rmutterhals mit einem sogenannten \u201eKolposkop\u201c untersucht, das eine genauere Beurteilung des Geb\u00e4rmutterhalses erm\u00f6glicht.
