fusion-text-2\"><p>Des examens gyn\u00e9cologiques r\u00e9guliers s\u2019imposent, car les cancers du col de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9es si l\u2019infection et\/ou les l\u00e9sions sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9es \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"color: #945c8d\">Le test de d\u00e9pistage du HPV,<\/span><\/b> permet non seulement de d\u00e9tecter l\u2019infection, mais aussi d\u2019identifier le type de HPV.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #945c8d\"><b>La cytologie<\/b>,<\/span> ou \u00ab frottis \u00bb, consiste en l\u2019analyse des cellules pr\u00e9lev\u00e9es sur le col ut\u00e9rin.<br \/>\nUn test de d\u00e9pistage du HPV positif ou un frottis anormal ne signifie pas que vous d\u00e9velopperez un cancer ; dans la plupart des cas, l\u2019infection et les l\u00e9sions dispara\u00eetront d\u2019elles-m\u00eames. Toutefois, des examens compl\u00e9mentaires peuvent \u00eatre prescrits :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #945c8d\"><b>La colposcopie, <\/b><\/span>qui consiste \u00e0 examiner le col de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un \u00ab colposcope \u00bb, un appareil optique grossissant. Cet examen ne provoque g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas plus d\u2019inconfort que le frottis.
